1. What you buy
3 years of the ColiWorks Pro plan, paid once. The 3 years start when the payment is confirmed. There is no monthly or yearly fee, and the plan does not renew by itself: nothing is charged again, not even at the end.
2. Pro may change, and your plan changes with it
ColiWorks is always changing, and so is the Pro plan. For the 3 years, you get the same as a Pro subscriber gets at any given time: features and usage limits may be revised, and whatever changes for Pro subscribers changes the same way for you. Today the limits are 200 downloads a month, up to 20 a day, and 200 pieces in the library.
What does not change:
- The core stays with you until the 3 years end: the studio, G-code generation and the commercial license to sell what you print.
- A relevant reduction only with notice: if a change significantly reduces what you use, we email you at least 30 days in advance.
- If the Pro plan stops existing, you move to the plan that replaces it, until the 3 years end, without paying again.
- What you sold under the license stays sold.
3. New features and what is not included
New features added to the Pro plan are added to yours, at no cost. Not included: products, content packs (niche collections, for example) and new plans sold separately; pay-per-use services, such as AI credits, if they exist; storage above the Pro limit; and third-party integrations that charge separately.
4. When the 3 years end
We email you 15 and 3 days before the end. If you do not choose a plan, your account goes back to Free on the day the 3 years end: your pieces stay where they are, and only the downloads stop. Nothing is charged unless you ask.
5. The account is yours and no one else's
The plan is personal and non-transferable: it is for one account, the one with the purchase email. Reselling or sharing access is prohibited by the Terms of Use (section 8).
6. If you already subscribe
What is left of the period you already paid comes off the price, and the final amount shows at checkout, before you confirm. Your current subscription ends with no new charge when the 3-year payment goes through.
7. Changing your mind
You have 7 calendar days from the purchase to cancel and get your money back. Just ask at contact@coliworks.com. We do not ask why.
After the 7 days there is no refund. You can delete your account whenever you want, from inside the service — and once it is deleted, the plan ends with it, with no refund.
8. Termination for breach
If the account is closed for breaching the Terms of Use, with notice and the right to respond (sections 8 and 11 there), the plan ends with it.
9. If ColiWorks stops being offered
We email you at least 90 days in advance, and during that time you can export all your pieces. For this plan there is no partial refund: the pro-rata refund in section 7 of the Terms of Use does not apply to it.
10. If ColiWorks is sold
If ColiWorks is sold or passes to another company, your plan stays valid with whoever takes over the service, under these same conditions, until the 3 years end.
11. Offer period
Pro for 3 years is sold from November 27 to 30, 2026 (Brasília time). A Pix generated within the period and paid after it is honored.
