1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website keeps in your browser. We also use the browser's local storage, which works the same way: the information stays on your device. On this page, "cookies" means both.
2. The ones that work without consent
They belong to ColiWorks and go to no other company.
- coliworks_sessao and coliworks_renova (studio) — keep you signed in. They last 30 days, or until you sign out.
- coliworks.consentimento — remembers whether you accepted or declined the analytics and advertising cookies, so we do not ask again.
- coliworks.lang — remembers the language you chose.
- coliworks.pais (coliworks.com) — only says whether the visit comes from Brazil, to open the page in Portuguese. It is gone when you close the browser.
- Your piece and studio preferences — the piece you are working on and your settings, so you do not lose your work.
- coliworks.origem (coliworks.com) — which site or link brought you on your first visit, so we know what works in our promotion. It does not identify you.
- coliworks.variante (coliworks.com) — which of the two versions of the page you see, so it is always the same. It does not identify you. If you accept the analytics and advertising cookies, the version goes along with the measurements.
3. The ones that need your consent
Only on coliworks.com, and only after you click Accept in the notice. Without it, they do not even load.
- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_…) — analytics: which pages are viewed, where the visit came from, device, browser and approximate country. Up to 2 years.
- Meta pixel (_fbp, _fbc) — advertising: which ColiWorks ads bring visits, access requests and purchases. 90 days.
Declining changes nothing on the site.
4. In the studio
- Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk) — shows how the studio is used (clicks and scrolling), with your name and e-mail masked and without the 3D piece. As the Terms of Use say, it is on by default; turn it off whenever you want in Settings → Privacy. _clck lasts 1 year; _clsk, 1 day.
5. At checkout
The payment page belongs to Stripe. The cookies there are Stripe's, under its own rules.
6. How to change your choice
- On coliworks.com: the Cookie settings link in the footer opens the notice again. If you decline after accepting, Google Analytics and the pixel stop at once and their cookies are deleted.
- In the studio: Settings → Privacy.
- In your browser: you can delete or block cookies in its settings. If you block the sign-in ones, the studio cannot keep you signed in.
7. Changes and contact
When this list changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions: contact@coliworks.com. Everything else we do with your data is in the Privacy Policy.
